DEFROST PG 2
- protection against ice formation on aircraft surfaces and ice removal in ground icing conditions
- applicable for aircraft with the take-off speed of at least 185 km/h at the beginning of the front pillar lifting
- does not protect the aircraft from icing in flight
- compatible with Defrost EG 88.1 type I and Defrost PG 1 type I during two-stage aircraft processing
The liquid «Defrost PG2», type II, is produced on the basis of a propylene glycol aqueous solution with addition of anticorrosive additive and surfactant and is colored in yellow.
The liquid meets the requirements of SAE AMS 1428/1, approved by the International Certification Center AMIL (Canada), included in Holdover Time (HOT) Transport Canada, Holdover Time (HOT) FAA, based on its performance characteristics.
