PROFESSIONAL LOW-ALKALINE DETERGENT (pH 12)
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
- Prepare a working solution in a clean container at the following rate:
– foam generator – minimum 20 ml, maximum 30 ml of the concentrate per 1 liter of water;
– foam generator – minimum 100 ml, maximum 150 ml of the concentrate per 1 liter of water;
(the given limits of concentrate dosage depend on the degree of contamination of a surface to be cleaned).
- Pour the prepared working solution into the sprayer or the foam kit.
- Process the entire surface evenly with a clean high-pressure water jet from the distance of 10-15 cm at the angle of 90°, moving from bottom to top.
- Apply the foam to the surface, moving from bottom to top in order to avoid stains.
- Keep it for 2-3 minutes not allowing it to dry.
- Remove the foam with a high pressure water jet applying reciprocating movements for the range of 10-15 cm moving upwards from the bottom.
- Thoroughly rub the entire surface with plenty of low-pressure water moving from top to bottom.
- Dry lacquered and glossy surfaces with a moisture-absorbent suede or microfiber cloth.

General guidelines and dosage |
Can be used by applying active foam or aerosol on a vehicle at temperatures from +5°С to +40°С, with subsequent keeping for 3-5 minutes and washing with water using a washer with the pressure of up to 2MPa. In case of application it is allowed to use foam generators, sprayers (domestic atomizers), water pressure regulators. Working concentrations for foam generators and sprays 1/80-1/90 (up to 1/100), for mountings – 1/7-1/8 (up to 1/9). In presence of hard water and in winter conditions, it is recommended to use higher concentrations, in summer time and in presence of soft water it is allowed to apply minimum concentrations. Application of excessive concentrations and overdense foam may impair the effect of the solution. |

Appearance and odor – translucent viscous red liquid without characteristic odor. Density: -1,17-1,19 g/cm3 Storage: from -18оС to +40оС. Freezing temperature about -10оС. Prolonged storage at low temperatures can cause delamination of the product (restores properties after exposure to temperatures above +5°С, with subsequent mixing). Chemical character – anionic. Solubility in water – complete at any ratio. рН 1% solution 11,8±0.2 Ability to biodegradation – more than 90%. |

Safety |
Avoid using of the product at temperatures below 0°C, getting the concentrate on the skin and contact of the working solution with mucous membranes. When using sprayers, use respiratory protection against alkaline aerosols (3M respirators). Do not allow getting into the stomach. Overexposure of the working solution and its drying on the surface of paints, aluminum and metallized parts, especially at temperatures above 25°С can lead to irreversible damage. |
