It is used as a washing agent against organic contaminants, fats and proteins of equipment in the food industry, poultry processing industry, meat processing industry, at poultry farms, pig farms and in milking equipment at dairy farms.
It is also used in food industry for cleaning and disinfection of production lines (circuits) in the form of the 2% – 3% solution.
